VNYC Holding expands to Central Vietnam

VNYC Holding executive team completed a strategic feasibility survey in Da Nang, assessing potential partnerships to launch the first VNYC Yacht Club in Central Vietnam. The visit included site tours at Son Tra Peninsula, Tien Sa Port, and the planned Han River marina development zone.

Partnership targets

  • Da Nang Yacht Club (Tien Sa): joint venture for a 50-berth marina serving both domestic and international super-yachts.
  • Son Tra Peninsula Resort Group: integrated yacht-hotel packages for high-end tourists.
  • Da Nang Tourism Department: regulatory cooperation for short-sea cruises along Central Vietnam coastline.

Next steps

Following the survey, VNYC Holding will submit a formal investment proposal in May 2026, targeting a Q1 2027 soft launch with two mid-size yachts and expansion to five yachts by end of 2028. The Central Vietnam cluster will complement VNYC existing Ha Long Bay and upcoming Phu Quoc operations.
