We develop, build and operate a standardised welfare rest-stop network: green transport infrastructure, fairly priced services and community facilities on a single site. CD Restop owns the design standard, the brand and the operating procedures of the network, and was a signatory or witness to all four instruments signed on 9 September 2026.
