Times Zones standardizes its multi-floor operating model at 114 Nguyen Cuu Van, ready to scale to Da Nang

Times Zones — a member of the Linh Nam Ecosystem — is finalizing the standardization of its floor model and standard operating procedures (SOPs) at 114 Nguyen Cuu Van, Gia Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. This lays the groundwork to ensure consistent quality and risk control before scaling up in Da Nang.

Standardizing the function of each floor

Times Zones runs three integrated models in a single facility: Coworking (shared workspace), Co-Living (lodging for experts and digital nomads) and Showroom & LED (product/technology display and media exploitation). This standardization clearly defines the function of each floor — from hot-desks, fixed seats, private offices and meeting rooms, to the lodging floor with LIVE+WORK packages and the commercial showroom floor.
