On the key visual of the CD Restop Strategic Cooperation Signing Ceremony on 9 September 2026, four logos stand side by side in the row of "strategic signatories": SPT Group (Saigon Postel Corporation), CD Restop, Coro Energy and DTH Holdings. This article is devoted to DTH Holdings — introduced on the cdrestop.com event page as "Energy and technology investor — electrical infrastructure together with an energy management and operations platform (EMS/OMS)" — which will sign the strategic cooperation together with the other three parties on the afternoon of Wednesday 9 September in Ho Chi Minh City.

Who DTH Holdings is

According to business registration data, DTH Holdings Co., Ltd. is a privately owned limited liability company headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, registered since November 2022, with scientific research and technology development as its principal line of business. On its official website dthholdings.net, the company operates under the brand name DTH HOLDINGS GROUP, describing itself as a group backed by international advisory funds, with "more than 3 years of building and development", providing solutions in technology, energy, healthcare and agriculture.

The website lists four fields of activity: technology — AI-based solutions for warehouse management, timekeeping, security, traffic and behavioural analytics; renewable energy — turnkey rooftop solar (investment, installation, operation and maintenance) presented under the Coro Energy name, with lease terms of 20–25 years; energy management and optimisation; and Carbon and ESG.

The most clearly verifiable part is the rooftop solar portfolio. The website lists 12 representative projects with their capacities, the largest being Mushroom Farm (Binh Duong) at 5,988 kWp and Viet Vinh Steel (Long An) at 4,672 kWp, followed by the Phong Phu Textile Mill (Thu Duc) at 2,884 kWp, four projects in the 1.9–2.1 MWp range in Long An, Dong Nai, Hau Giang and Lam Dong, and five projects of roughly 1 MWp.

Around DTH Holdings is a technology ecosystem that the group's website reports on and displays the logos of, most notably SmartSys — Smart System Company Limited, an AI, AIoT and digital transformation company operating since 2014, with solutions in computer vision, timekeeping, warehouse management and AI cameras. The article published on cdrestop.com on 6 September introduced SmartSys as a company "within the DTH Holdings ecosystem". Coro Energy Plc — listed on London's AIM market, a strategic signatory and Diamond Sponsor of the ceremony — is introduced on the event page in its own role: "Clean energy infrastructure investor — solar power, BESS storage".

Power, data and the management layer

The Scharge smart rest stop – charging station model consists of several physical components: charging units, grid power, solar power and battery storage. SPT Group — "Technology and operations partner — developing the SCHARGE electric vehicle charging station system together with its operating application platform", according to the event page — holds the charging units and the application. According to the public specifications page at cdrestop.com/vi/scharge, the Scharge range spans from AC standard charging at 7–14 kW to DC fast charging at 80 kW, 160 kW and the 200–400 kW band, with voltages up to 1000 V, support for the CCS, GB/T and CHAdeMO standards, and IP54-rated enclosures.

DTH Holdings stands at the next layer: electrical infrastructure and management software. The analysis published on cdrestop.com on 27 August describes the two components of this layer — an energy management platform (EMS) that coordinates energy flows between the grid, solar power, battery storage and the charging units; and an operations management platform (OMS) that manages the operation of the network — and observes: "without this layer, the four physical components remain four separate systems". The survey article of 30 August spells out what the platform needs to be able to do: real-time energy monitoring across the entire solar – storage – load chain, charging session management, fault alerts and output reporting. Set alongside the fields on the DTH Holdings website — rooftop solar, energy management and optimisation, AI technology — this position is where all of those capabilities find their use.

Role in the cooperation with CD Restop

The relationship between the two parties has passed through three public milestones. On 5 August 2026, at the headquarters of SPT Group, CD Restop met with DTH Holdings and Coro Energy; the report of 7 August recorded that the DTH Holdings representative "highly valued the practicality of the CD Restop model, particularly its capacity for modular deployment", with the next step being a site survey for a pilot location. In the last week of August, the two parties jointly conducted a field survey of the Ho Chi Minh City – Da Lat corridor, the main point being the rest area at Km205+092 on the Vinh Hao – Phan Thiet Expressway. Since 1 September, the SmartSys team has been working alongside CD Restop and SPT at the office at 54 Ho Thi Tu.

Within the division of roles that cdrestop.com has published, the four strategic signatories share four areas of work: SPT with the Scharge charging station system and land bank; CD Restop developing and operating the network of sites; DTH Holdings in charge of electrical infrastructure and the management platform; Coro Energy with its solar and storage portfolio. The role of DTH Holdings, in short, is to make the electrical side of each site work and the data of the entire network visible. The content of each document and which party signs where — as stated in Press Release 01 — will be announced at the ceremony.

9 September

The CD Restop Strategic Cooperation Signing Ceremony takes place from 16:00 to 20:30 on Wednesday 9 September 2026 at Ky Hoa Ben Thanh Hotel, 39 – 39A Nguyen Trung Truc Street, Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The documents will be signed under three chapters: the Scharge Platform, the Network, the Digital City. The Scharge smart rest stop – charging station network is aimed at 34 provinces and cities.

CD Restop thanks DTH Holdings for its companionship from the first working session to the expressway survey, and for placing a team in the same office as CD Restop and SPT ahead of the signing date. With a widely spread network, the hardest part is not erecting the charging units but keeping the power and data of every site synchronised every day — that is the work tied to the role of DTH Holdings.
