Ho Chi Minh City, April 24, 2026 — Under the strategic cooperation programme with EVIA Global Green Joint Stock Company (EVIA), CD Restop Welfare Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company officially takes on the role of one of EVIA''s market development partners in Vietnam, focusing on expanding the fast-charging station network and commercial electric vehicle fleet on a nationwide scale.

The CD Restop delegation recently visited and held a working session directly at an EVIA charging station to study operational practices, assess scalability, and develop a plan to deploy this model at CD Restop rest-stops across the country.

Market development partner role — strategic symbiosis

Under the cooperation agreement, CD Restop assumes the role of market development unit for EVIA''s product and service ecosystem, including:

  • Developing EVIA''s fast-charging station network at strategic locations nationwide, integrated with the CD Restop rest-stop system.
  • Expanding distribution and leasing channels for EVIA''s commercial EVs to logistics, passenger transport, tourism businesses and fleet operators.
  • Connecting land resources and local partners via the landowner and investor network that CD Restop has been building.
  • Brand communications and promotion for EVIA in the Vietnamese market, particularly in the corporate customer segment.

This cooperation model clearly demonstrates the strategic symbiosis principle: EVIA brings proven fast-charging technology and a diversified commercial EV fleet, while CD Restop acts as the market''s "extended arm" with local know-how, a strategic rest-stop network, and ecosystem partner connectivity.

Strategic location — connecting urban arteries

Quang Trung Street is one of Ho Chi Minh City''s arterial roads, linking the Go Vap district with the city centre and neighbouring provinces. With heavy traffic volume and high population and commercial density, this area is considered an ideal location for developing fast-charging infrastructure and a convenient access point for personal EV users, ride-hailing services, passenger transport and logistics.

Market development — integration into the CD Restop rest-stop system

Following the site visit, both parties agreed on a roadmap to integrate the EVIA charging-station model into the CD Restop rest-stop system, while synchronously deploying market-development activities in key provinces and cities.

Deployment priorities for the near term include:

  • Planning the EVIA charging-station network at CD Restop rest-stops along national highways, expressways and major urban corridors.
  • Developing enterprise customers for long-term EVIA EV leasing, serving freight transport, passenger transport and commercial services.
  • Building co-branded loyalty programmes for customers using services across the ecosystem.
  • Partnering with landowners to increase the number of charging points and expand the land bank for long-term strategy.

By taking on the market-development role, CD Restop helps EVIA reach key economic regions faster, while allowing CD Restop to diversify revenue streams and increase the value of each rest-stop — a textbook win–win model in green infrastructure.

Expanding cooperation with landowners nationwide

To realise the market-development roadmap, CD Restop continues to expand its cooperation programme with landowners, real-estate investors and land-bank holding partners at strategic locations across the country.

Site criteria CD Restop is looking for:

  • Frontage on main urban arteries, national highways or inter-provincial expressways.
  • Area from 300 m² and up, with access to medium-voltage power.
  • Near residential areas, industrial parks, petrol stations, supermarkets, rest-areas or transport hubs.

Flexible cooperation models:

  • Long-term lease: Stable cash flow over 10–20 years, periodic payments, with infrastructure investment covered by CD Restop.
  • Business Cooperation Contract (BCC): Profit-sharing over the project life-cycle, transparent and mutually beneficial.
  • Land-use-right equity contribution: Become a strategic shareholder and long-term co-builder of the CD Restop × EVIA green-infrastructure ecosystem.

Partnering with CD Restop, landowners not only see property value appreciate thanks to the presence of modern green infrastructure, but also generate stable passive income while accompanying pioneering brands in Vietnam''s charging infrastructure and EV mobility sector.
