CD Restop — One Station, Three Charge Streams: Charging Vehicles · Charging Health · Charging Welfare

CD Restop is not an ordinary charging station. Guided by the philosophy "One Station — Three Charge Streams", every stop recharges the vehicle, the person and the community around it.

CD Restop — Một trạm, ba dòng sạc: Sạc điện · Sạc sức khỏe · Sạc an sinh

An ordinary charging network does just one thing: it powers your vehicle and sends you on your way. CD Restop takes a different road. From the very first blueprint, we shaped an operating philosophy we call "One Station — Three Charge Streams": charging electricity for the vehicle, charging health for the worker, and charging welfare for the community.

The first stream: Charging vehicles

At every stop, the charging island is equipped with Scharge AC/DC posts serving electric cars, e-motorbikes and fleets. We use the international CCS2 standard together with the open OCPP protocol to serve every brand, a roof with integrated solar panels, and publicly listed prices. No barriers, no exceptions — just a transparent charging experience.

The second stream: Charging health

This is what sets CD Restop apart. A charging session lasts 30–45 minutes, and we treat that window as a chance for the driver to recharge too. "Charging health" is a real component of the project, and it includes:

  • Rest rooms and sleep pods, in line with the rule requiring a break after four hours of continuous driving
  • Welfare meals at clearly listed prices, along with drinking water
  • Restrooms built to accessibility standards for people with disabilities
  • A first-aid corner and a shared community space

Looking ahead, CD Restop will roll out enhanced care packages such as blood pressure and blood sugar checks, along with insurance solutions for workers on the road.

The third stream: Charging welfare

A stop serves travellers, but it also belongs to the community around it. Through GOMO, each point brings price-stabilised goods, Vietnamese products, OCOP items and cooperative farm produce. We give priority to hiring local workers, and ensure that workers at each stop are fully enrolled in social insurance. The grassroots digital news screen is infrastructure operated by the enterprise, accompanying local authorities and staying close to the policies on social welfare and green transition.

The entire system runs on the project's "5 Có" welfare standard. Today, our first stops are taking shape in Ho Chi Minh City — laying the foundation for a network targeting 500 stops and 14,000 satellite charging points across 34 provinces and cities by 2032.

Power for the vehicle, health for the person, welfare for the community — that is the signature of CD Restop. Learn more about CD Restop's An Sinh welfare model at cdrestop.com.
