📋 Article outline
From 01/9/2026, the working office and business address of CD Restop Social Welfare Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company moves to the building at 54 Ho Thi Tu Street, Tang Nhon Phu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (54 Hồ Thị Tư, Phường Tăng Nhơn Phú). The premises are a branch of SPT (Saigon Postel) Group; CD Restop is basing its office there within the framework of the strategic partnership between the two parties on EV charging infrastructure. The company's enterprise registration number, hotline and email remain unchanged.
Behind an administrative notice are three operational points: bringing the staff of CD Restop, SPT Group and technology partner Smartsys together at one address to coordinate delivery of the programme; placing a Scharge charger showroom and experience area right where visitors are received; and extending connections to the east of the city — the new address lies in the same ward as the network's first rest-stop sites, including the CD Restop Cienco 68 site (Suoi Tien area) now under development.
What changes, what does not
From 01/9/2026, 54 Ho Thi Tu Street is the workplace of all CD Restop officers and staff, the place where official correspondence, mail and courier deliveries are received during office hours, and where partners and customers are received. The address at 114 Nguyen Cuu Van, Gia Dinh Ward is no longer the company's workplace or mailing address from that date.
Legally, the head-office address on the Enterprise Registration Certificate changes only from the date the business registration authority issues a new Certificate; that procedure is being completed in due order. In the meantime, contracts, invoices, tax records and bank records continue to state the current address. Partners need to remember only one thing: from now on, all contact, correspondence and meeting schedules go to 54 Ho Thi Tu Street.
Three teams at one address
Beyond the showroom, a key reason for the move lies not in floor space but in coordination distance. The social-welfare rest-stop model CD Restop pursues is a problem of many disciplines at once: chargers and the operating platform, electrical infrastructure, solar power and storage, land bank and services. When each component belongs to a different unit at a different address, every seemingly small task — handling an equipment fault, reconciling charging data, preparing the file for a new site, receiving a joint delegation — requires scheduling and travel.
At 54 Ho Thi Tu Street, three teams work in the same building. First, CD Restop — the developer and operator of the rest-stop network, and the deployment and distribution unit for Scharge chargers. Second, the SPT Digital Technology and Services Center (S.S.T), the SPT Group unit in charge of the Scharge, Strace and SGlobal digital products; under the Center's direction, 54 Ho Thi Tu Street also serves as the sales hub for these digital products and the liaison office for the east of the city. Third, Smartsys — Smartsystems Co., Ltd., an AI, AIoT and digital transformation company operating since 2014 and part of the DTH Holdings ecosystem; in the charging infrastructure alliance CD Restop has announced, DTH Holdings is responsible for electrical infrastructure and the energy management platform. The three teams share a coordination area for deployment partners when working together on a specific site.
Under the proposed layout, the space follows the way work is done: a reception area linked to the showroom and charger test-run area; workspaces for the product lines; a coordination area for deployment partners; a meeting room doubling as a training room and intake point for sales associates; and a records store. A site owner coming to discuss a partnership can, in a single visit, see the equipment running for real and work with CD Restop's site development team together with SPT's technical and sales team.
Scharge showroom: test runs and training before signing
The Scharge charger showroom and experience area is the central purpose of the new location. Scharge is the charger line within SPT's technology ecosystem that CD Restop deploys across the rest-stop network, with three officially distributed power tiers — the SC14 standard AC charger, the SC80 DC fast charger and the SC160 high-power DC fast charger — plus extended lines; published specifications are at cdrestop.com/vi/scharge.
The showroom serves three purposes. One, introducing and test-running equipment for partners, site owners and survey delegations — a step that markedly shortens the time needed to convince, compared with a presentation on paper alone. Two, receiving local authorities and delegations visiting the model. Three, technical training for the operations team before deployment at live sites. Because the showroom houses high-power electrical equipment, only assigned personnel who have completed technical instruction may operate, test-run or guide visitors; visitors register in advance with the front office and are accompanied by company staff.
Eastward, in the same area as the network's first rest stops
The new address is in Tang Nhon Phu Ward — the same ward as existing CD Restop sites: CD Restop Cienco 68, a Class A site at the An Phu warehouse complex now under development, and CD Restop Hi-Tech Park Canteen (Căn tin Khu Công nghệ cao), a Class C site in operation. CD Restop Nguyen Hoang, a Class B site with 6 DC chargers in operation, is in neighbouring Binh Trung Ward. The first live sites of today's network lie in the east of the city, and from 01/9 the operating office is there too.
For the Cienco 68 site in the Suoi Tien area, that position has practical meaning. A Class A site is the full standard model — the flagship configuration — among the programme's four scales: zoned parking for coaches, trucks and cars, a charging island, a services block, a rest area and community space. The new office is in the same Tang Nhon Phu Ward as this site; the showroom there is set up for technical training of the operations team before deployment at the live site.
The eastern location has another advantage: it sits next to the city's eastern university cluster, convenient for recruiting and training students as sales associates and technical interns.
September calendar
The move takes place just ahead of two events: the investment partnership signing ceremony with the charging infrastructure alliance partners, scheduled for 09/9/2026 in Ho Chi Minh City, and the TechFuture 2026 exhibition in Hanoi on 10–11/9/2026, where the Organising Committee has selected CD Restop as one of six strategic technology enterprises. At the new location, the reception area and showroom are being completed first; the remaining items continue to be completed.
