CD RESTOP APPOINTS MS. TRAN THI THAO AS DEPUTY PROJECT DEPARTMENT MANAGER

CD RESTOP Welfare Solutions Investment Joint Stock Company (Tax Code: 0314428519) respectfully announces: effective May 2026, the Company officially appoints Ms. TRAN THI THAO to the position of DEPUTY PROJECT DEPARTMENT MANAGER, under the Company's Board of Directors.
Ms. Tran Thi Thao possesses a solid professional foundation in finance – accounting together with practical experience in investment promotion. These two core competencies, closely complementary, are particularly suited to CD RESTOP's development direction — where each rest stop project is a combination of transportation – welfare infrastructure, clean energy infrastructure, and a multi-stakeholder investment cooperation model.
In her new role, Ms. Tran Thi Thao is entrusted with the following key responsibilities:
1. Developing the investment partner network: Directly approach, negotiate, and co-develop projects with landowners, individual investors, investment funds, and partner businesses domestic and foreign; represent CD RESTOP in investment promotion activities, connecting with local authorities and the business community.
2. Accompanying operations of rest stops to CD RESTOP standards: Participate in deployment, monitoring, and ensuring that rest stops operate in accordance with CD RESTOP's identity, service, and welfare standards nationwide.
3. Verifying and co-creating project financial models: Leveraging financial-accounting expertise to review investment plans, ensuring transparency in capital flows, supporting documents, and periodic reports; contributing to building lasting trust with strategic partners.
4. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors: Advise and propose business development initiatives; fully comply with the Company's internal regulations and current laws.
In her role as Deputy Project Department Manager, Ms. Tran Thi Thao is authorized by the Company to use the official images, brand, and identity of CD RESTOP to approach and work with customers and investment partners within the scope of her assigned duties. The cooperation mechanism between the Company and Ms. Thao is designed based on the principles of transparency, fairness, and long-term benefit sharing, in keeping with the spirit of the Six-Petal Doctrine that CD RESTOP and Linh Nam Group pursue.
The appointment of Ms. Tran Thi Thao is a further step in CD RESTOP's strategy of strengthening the professional team and expanding project development capacity for the 2026 – 2027 period, working toward the goal of becoming a pioneer in green – smart – sustainable rest stop infrastructure in Vietnam.
